Today’s Ways To Use It Challenge involves silhouettes. I love silhouette stamps so I pulled one of my very favorites from Unity from the Growing in Unity kit. I just ADORE this set! *smile*
I started out with a card base of 5.5 x 5.5 to accommodate the large swirly tree. I used my distressing tool along the edges of the dp then did a line of stitching around the edges. The image is stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black ink then sponging with Pumpkin Pie and a little Really Rust. The image was then cut out using Nestabilities and popped up on dimensionals. I then used a white gel pen to place dots along the edges of the scallop to tie in the white base. Easy peasy!
