Season’s Sweetings

Here is another “fun and cute” Moxie Fab World entry.  I love, love, love this layout.  I’ve used it quite a bit lately as I am just over the moon with it!  There isn’t anything much cuter than the holiday cupcakes from Taylored Expressions.  I’ve used the Season’s Sweetings set paired with Zoe Pearn’s Be Merry collection by My Minds Eye.

Snowman Holidays

Here is a fun holiday card using the Taylored Expressions set, Home Sweet Home .  I’ve used some of the new Cosmo Cricket Jolly by Golly paper as well as some Flower Patch grid patterned paper from Making Memories (love this stuff!)  While I originally made this for the Moxie Fab challenge, Fun and Cute, I may see if I can come up with something else.

A Mind of Its Own

Happy Hip Hop Hangover! So happy it’s Friday – This weekend at my LSS the owner is turning 40 so she is having a huge 40% off sale so I will be heading there after work. I heard the Copic original markers are only $4 right now, so I will be picking up a few of them :)

And on to my card… This card is trouble! It took me about 3 hours and a few incarnations before it finally came to this and I’m still not happy with it. But here it is. I’m posting and moving on :)

Clean and Simple – Part III

While playing around with the 100% Happiness kit I thought it would be fun to use the bingo card for a birthday card. While I don’t know anyone turning 21 this year, I do have a cousin with a 21st birthday next year, so I plan to save it for the occasion!

I’ve used a brown monochromatic scheme with just a splash of red for another challenge for the CAS dt call on SplitcoastStampers.

Shabby & Chic?

Here is my attempt at being vintage/shabby chic. I really had to reach my little creative brain around this card and my supplies. Admittedly I don’t really have much in the vintage way as it’s just not my style. I figured some distressing via ink & Heidi Swapp’s edge distresser would do the job. I tried to focus on using cream rather than white and darker colors. I am pleased with how it turned out – it’s as close as I’m gonna get! :)
