Clean and Simple: Thumping

This week’s Clean and Simple challenge (CAS36) over at Splitcoaststampers is a technique challenge: Thumping!  Thumping is really easy and the results are fabulous. If you’ve never tried Thumping but want to know more about it, Splitcoaststampers has a great step-by-step tutorial (with pictures!) which you can find HERE.

I broke out a much neglected but very loved stamp set from Stampin’ Up, Essence of Love.  I first inked up my stamp in Real Red ink then took an Elegant Eggplant marker and tapped the tip of the marker at random spots on the stamp, then I stamped the image on the cardstock.  Easy peasy!
