Vacation all I ever wanted…

This is a pre-written piece, done up Tuesday night when I really should be doing other things to get ready for my trip in the morning.  My plane takes off at 6:30am for Seattle, WA.  Yay!

Here is a birthday card using the saddle stitched ruffle technique I saw on Lisa Johnson’s blog a while back.  Ruffles seem to be all the rage right now, and I can see why!  The bingo card looks a bit washed out – but it’s really vibrant in person.

Stamps: Sweet Celebration (Taylored Expression)
Cardstock: Papertrey Ink (white, new leaf)
Patterned Paper: Papertrey Ink 2008 Bitty Dot Basics (summer sunrise)
Ink: Memento (tuxedo black)
Accessories: Jenni Bowlin bingo card; Papertrey Ink saddle stitched ribbon (pure poppy); Heidi Swapp ghost shapes (stars); buttons
