Limelight Sketch Challenge

Hello!  Today brings us another sketch and product challenge hosted by Limelight Papercrafts.  This week we are focusing on my very favorite embellishment… buttons!

I have always loved buttons, even as a small child.  My grandma used to sew and would keep her random buttons in an old-fashion tin.  When I was visiting my parents in November, my mom gave me my grandma’s tin of buttons. Silly as it may be, those buttons mean so much to me.  :)

For my card I used some fun striped paper from the Road Map 8×8 pad of patterned paper from October Afternoon and the coordinating die cut shapes.

Cardstock: Papertrey Ink (kraft)
Patterned Paper: October Afternoon (Road Map collection)
Accessories: October Afternoon Road Map die cut shapes; Making Memories tiny alphabet stickers; Papertrey Ink vintage buttons; Papertrey Ink twine

Now it’s your turn! Here are all the details you need to play along:

**Use the sketch above and try to incorporate *buttons* on your project
**Keyword for SCS upload is LLPC038.
**Post a comment with a link to your card on Mandy’s Blog by Sunday night (Jan 10)
**PRIZE ~ package of stitched brads of winner’s choice!
