Happy Memorial Day! I hope you’re all enjoying an awesome three day weekend! My weekend has been fairly low key thus far but I’m ending it on a BANG! (Insert Exciting News HERE)…I’m so delighted to share that I’m being featured today on the Moxie Fab World blog as Moxie Fabber of the Week! :))))
I’ve got another Gallery Idol open audition number today. I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for a couple of weeks now and finally sat down to put it to paper earlier this week. Saying I love how this turned out is an understatement. I’m in love with this card, like seriously in love!

I got a ton of stuff done yesterday, including squeezing in a little time for crafting last night. I didn’t make this card last night, but last week while at a friend’s house. I *love* everything about this card; from the colors, patterns and the layout I used. Love!!! In case you didn’t notice, it’s yet another encouragement card for the Gallery Idol open auditions… :)

Hello! Did you have a great weekend? I certainly did! Saturday morning I went to a local crafty garage sale put on by Paper Made Bakery and picked up some great stuff! (Thanks, Shannon!!) Yesterday I went to a Valentine Tea hosted by a new friend and had a lovely afternoon eating and crafting with some great ladies! I even created a couple new cards for the current Paper Crafts Magazine pub call. Keeping my fingers crossed I get something picked up *wink*
I’m playing along with the Paper Smooches guest dt spot for March. I love Kim’s illustrations and the new freebie digi found on the PS blog is SOOO cute; I had to play along! I printed out five sets of hearts in light and dark pink cardstocks, cut them out and arranged them into a wreath. A quick print of the sentiment trimmed into a banner and it is done! A pretty quick card to come together once the cutting was done.
I’m also entering this into Moxie Fab World’s cutting challenge, as this card is all about the cutting!
Webster’s Pages announced recently they are adding CAS papers to their future collections – yay! I’ve always loved their designs but knew I wouldn’t know what to do with them. I’ve purchases some of their blooms over the last couple of years and I lovingly hoard them but that has been the extent of my WP experience until now! I found these gorgeous tags on their website (a free download!) and made a CAS meets shabby card. An unlikely pairing that works!
Hello! Happy Wednesday! So last night I was looking at some cards I made a long time ago and thought it might be fun to CASE one of them. I picked a pretty simple one (as most of mine are!) to copy. So my original card was first posted back in February 2010.
and then here is my CASE:
I am in love with this stamp set. In particular, the dog in this stamp set. I’ve dressed him up for birthday cards and now he’s Puppy Claus. Too cute!!
ETA: A 4-pack of these tags are now available at All These Things!
ETA part2: Amazon has a *great* price on the super cute pink ATG tape glider!!!
This weekend I’m dragging my awesome hubby to see the new Twilight movie. I’m not a huge fan of the series and never finished reading the books (I got halfway through Eclipse and stopped), but we’re going to a Friday matinee. The hubby has been on vacation this week and we’ve been hanging out at home, so it will be nice to get out of the house for a bit!
The deadline for the latest Paper Smooches challenge is tonight. I’ve had this card designed in my head for a few days so I sat down tonight to get it made. I love, love, love this little dog image. Too cute!
