Another pubbed card to show today. I haven’t done much crafting this week – lots of starts but no finishes. Hopefully I’ll have something new to share soon!
ETA: Well maybe not too soon. My Dad’s Dad just passed away so I may be flying out to Baltimore, MD on Saturday and not coming home until late Wednesday night. It might actually be a week before I get something new on the blog. Sorry!!!
The newest special publication from Paper Crafts, Stamp It! Cards, has just come out! I had 3 cards published in this issue. Here is one of my favorites! For directions and a complete list of supplies, check out page 83. Thank you!
You know how Paper Crafts Magazine has their current call featuring tons of awesome sketches?… Well sketch #25 is of my creation! I would be over the moon to have some of my favorite people (aka YOU!) create a card using my sketch! You can find out more about the the call HERE.
Hello, hello! So glad to be here at another weekend. Nothing much planned except for finishing up my Dirty Dozen assignments as they are due on Sunday! I also want to try to get some stuff listed for sale. I have so much I want to get rid of right now – all my SU stuff especially!
Today I wanted to share a card that was in the February issue of CARDS. I made this specifically for the Brads category and was so happy when I found out it had been picked up. Come to think of it, I think that is the last call I did for CARDS – I’ve been slacking, lol.

The newest issue of Paper Crafts magazine hit stores earlier this week! While I haven’t seen it yet, I can.not.wait! Not only will it be chalk full of inspiration, but I am so happy/lucky/fortunate/wow! to have a couple cards picked up for this issue! I am in there for a wedding thanks card that features Unity Stamps but also for one of the sketches.
I actually have a third card in PC that I have known about for a couple months now that I can publicly shout about now… I am one of the winners for World Card Making Day 2009! I was floored when I read on the PC blog how many entrants they had – wow!
To celebrate, I will be having blog candy very soon, so stay tuned! :)
Today has been a gloomy Saturday in San Diego. I snuck out around lunchtime to hit up the local Michael’s for some felt, but other than that we’ve been buried under blankets and socks trying to keep warm. Don’t get me wrong, I love the rainy days! We don’t get them too often here so it’s nice when they do happen.
If you haven’t picked up your copy of Stamp It! Cards from Paper Crafts Magazine – you are missing out on some serious creative mojo! It’s 90 pages full of bright pictures of the most amazing designers around! In fact, if you were to open to page 35 you would see this card… :) I am so happy to have been included in this publication. I think it may be my favorite one yet (magazine, that is)!
Typically this is where I would put the recipe for the card, but if you picked up a copy of Stamp It! Cards – you will find it in there :) LOL
I’m so so thrilled to be able to share with you my first card ever published! It appears in the January 2010 issue of CARDS Magazine. I subscribe to CARDS online so I typically only see the cards “in the computer”. For this, I dragged my hubby to the LSS to sneak a peak of my card in the magazine. :)
